BARCELONA are targeting Tottenham outcasts Tanguy Ndombele and Ryan Sessegnon in a players-plus-cash deal this summer.
The LaLiga giants have been hit hard by coronavirus and won’t be able to afford any mega-money signings this summer.
However, with all-but three stars transfer-listed, Barcelona are hoping to tempt Spurs into parting with Ndombele and Sessegnon with a swap.
While only Lionel Messi, Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Frenkie De Jong are off-limits, there are certain players Barca are keen to offload more than most.
Philippe Coutinho, Nelson Semedo, Ivan Rakitic and Samuel Umtiti are just four set to be shunted out of the Nou Camp this summer.
And with Coutinho reportedly keen on a return to England, he could be shoehorned into any deal for Sessegnon and Ndombele.
Barcelona have already enquired about the Tottenham pair – both summer signings in 2019 – costing a combined £95million.

And Spurs boss Jose Mourinho personally knocked the Spaniards back regarding English left-winger Sessegnon.
Mourinho is thought to be more keen to offload club-record buy Ndombele – who has played just 19 minutes since the season restarted.
While Sessegnon has been left out of the past two 20-man squads, Mourinho sees the former Fulham man as his left-back for the future – once comparing him to Ashley Cole.
The player himself though is frustrated, after untried 18-year-old Dennis Cirkin was named in the squad ahead of him.
Sessegnon was chased by a host of European giants last summer, but ultimately held out for Tottenham due to Mauricio Pochettino.
But with Poch now gone, the England Under-21s ace could be tempted to quit after just one season in North London in search of more football before Euro 2021.
Ndombele, too, will realise his place at the tournament – with France – will be in jeopardy if his game-time doesn’t shoot up soon.
