The future of Boli Bolingoli is in “jeopardy” at Celtic after his breach of health and safety protocols last week, according to Alan Hutton.
The former Scotland international, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, believes the 25-year-old has put his Parkhead career on the line after his unauthorised trip to Spain.
As quoted by STV’s Ronnie Charters, manager Neil Lennon told the media that he was “livid” and that he would find it “very, very difficult” to bring the left-back back into the squad.
In terms of whether Bolingoli could be welcomed back into the squad: “Put it this way I will find it very very difficult.”

The defender was confirmed to have travelled to Spain despite the club’s demand that they remained in Glasgow and returned to Scotland without undertaking the mandated isolation period.
He went on to train alongside his teammates and play in the 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock on Sunday.
Hutton believes that the writing is on the wall for Bolingoli at Celtic Park and suggests that he may have played his last game for the club.
