Noel Whelan has urged Celtic to accept any deal to get Boli Bolingoli out of the club after his breach of quarantine protocols.
The former Aberdeen striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, believes the Hoops would “snap their hands off” if anyone came in with a bid to take the left-back from Parkhead..
As reported by Sky Sports, Celtic have received a loan-to-buy offer for the 25-year-old from Ligue 2 outfit Amiens, with the optional purchase fee said to be £2.3million.

Whelan believes getting rid of Bolingoli needs to be Neil Lennon’s priority and insists that any financial deal would be a bonus.
Asked if he thought Celtic would accept the offer, Whelan told Football Insider: “Oh yeah, absolutely, just get him out the door, snap their hands off right now, even if there isn’t a clause to buy him at the end of it.
“I think they just want him out the door, like I say, you can’t have certain people like that at the club, they think they’re bigger than the club, can do what they want – no one can do what they want during these troubled times.
Bolingoli incurred the wrath of Lennon and officials after he took an unauthorised trip to Spain and did not inform the club before or after he made the journey.
