JORDI ALBA was left fuming after Barcelona reportedly tried to push through a last-minute move to Inter Milan.
The Spanish giants completed the signing of left-back Marcos Alonso on transfer deadline day.

And to free up space on the wage bill to register Alonso the club tried to organise Alba’s departure without the player knowing, according to Spanish outlet CCMA.
Barcelona reportedly agreed a deal to loan Alba to Inter Milan for the season.
But the Spaniard, 33, who has been at the Nou Camp for over a decade, refused to join and is said to be angry at the club’s attempts to ship him out without his permission.
The defender was set to meet with manager Xavi to discuss his future but because Alba was so certain he wanted to stay the meeting was called off, reports journalist Javi Miguel.

That means Alba is set to compete with Alonso, 31, for a place in the team after he arrived from Chelsea in a deal which saw Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang head to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues also paid Barcelona £10million for the striker, 33, who has signed a two-year deal.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly said of his signing: “Pierre-Emerick is an elite striker with a proven track record in the Premier League and his arrival strengthens our squad, giving us new attacking options.
“We are thrilled to have Pierre-Emerick on board with us in the new era at Chelsea and we’re really looking forward to working with him.”
