NEWCASTLE boss Steve Bruce will be given a £50million transfer war chest by owner Mike Ashley as a reward for keeping the club safe.
Arsenal ace Joe Willock is bound to be among the targets after a sensational loan deal but may cost £30m.
Willock stood out last season at St James’ Park upon his arrival from the Gunners in February.
The midfielder amassed a total of eight goals in 14 appearances across all competitions for the Magpies.
The 21-year-old has rejoined the north Londoners but Newcastle have been trying to figure out a way to land him on a permanent basis ahead of next season.
Bruce is also set to make a formal move for Liverpool ace Nat Phillips, who could move for around £10m.

But Burnley failed to take Phillips on loan and may try to sign him, too.
The centre-back enjoyed quite a breakout season at Anfield following the Reds’ injury woes at the back.
The 24-year-old made a total of 20 appearances across all competitions as he replaced the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip who were all ruled out with various problems.
With so many key players sidelined, Phillips linked up with fellow academy graduate Rhys Williams at centre-back towards the end of the campaign and impressed manager Jurgen Klopp.
