Newcastle United Won’t Face Bayern Munich Competition For Target

Bayern Munich are unlikely to rival Newcastle United for the signature of Stuttgart left-back Borna Sosa in the winter or next summer window.

Sosa is under contract until 2025 with Stuttgart but has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in January.

There are suggestions that the German club are cash-strapped and could sell in the winter window, but so far they have denied the need to move him this winter.

Newcastle have their eyes on him and they are said he was interested in taking it to St. James in the near future.

Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann is also reportedly a fan, but ok The German broadcaster Sky DeutschlandBavarians don’t look at him.

Sosa is not a player the German champions are considering signing this winter or in the upcoming summer transfer window, which will be a boost for Newcastle.

There are other clubs also monitoring him, but without Bayern Munich in hot pursuit, the Magpies may have a better chance of landing him.

It remains to be seen when and if they offer ground on the Stuttgart table for Sosa ahead of the fast-approaching January transfer window.
