Romsey: Police arrest man who has been recalled to prison


ARMED police helped arrest a man who has been returned to prison.

The 39-year-old man, who is believed to have sent the malicious communication, was arrested in Romsey.

Posting on social media Test Valley Cops said: “Officers worked with firearms officers to arrest a wanted man.

“We are on duty for the rest of the night and will be conducting proactive patrols at specific points of interest, are there other areas you would like to see your officers on the beat?

“As always 999 for an emergency or crime in progress or 101/ https://orlo.uk/2E7zx for anything non-urgent.”
