Southampton FC Women have signed England Under-23 international midfielder Molly Pike following her move from Leicester City.
The 22-year-old rose through the ranks at Chelsea and signed her first professional contract with Everton, before a loan spell at Bristol City.
Pike told southamptonfc.com: “The ambition of the club is incredible, and I am very excited to be part of it.
“The style of football that Southampton play suits me completely and it’s back south, close to home, which is also nice.”
Head coach Marieanne Spacey-Cale said: “Although still young, Molly has a wealth of experience playing in the WSL and internationally.
“On the grass he will bring energy and quality with the ball.”
