Daniel Erbetowski, 38, of Avenue Road, Southampton, admitted a single charge of criminal damage at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.
It came after he caused £3,500 worth of damage to a parking barrier at The White Building in Cumberland Place.

Damage to the office building dates back to July 4. Erbetowski pleaded guilty last week.
He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £1,000 compensation.
No order for court costs was made.
The White Building provides offices and meeting rooms and was formerly known as the Queens Keep.
