But according to L’Equipe, they are considering handing the 35-year-old a new deal.
Manager Thomas Tuchel has made no secret about wanting his captain to stay, but sporting director Leonardo would prefer him to leave.
Silva appeared to confirm that he would be moving on after PSG’s Champions League final defeat to Bayern Munich.
The centre back, who moved to Paris from AC Milan in 2012, said: “Now I have to look for a new team. Fiorentina? Reports of an agreement are not true.
“My agent is talking to them and other clubs but nothing is signed yet.
“Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will have to look at the offers and make the best decision for me and my family.
“This was my last match at PSG. I am sad. I apologise to the supporters.
“I want to thank all the fans for their love.
“I want to play for three or four more years and be at the World Cup in Qatar.”
Chelsea were already in advanced talks with the defender before his final game.
But it has since emerged Silva was close to making a completing a free transfer to the Blues on a two-year deal.
His move to the Premier League could be announced this week, if PSG don;t manage to convince him to stay.
