Tottenham goal machine Harry Kane is “pummelling” every opponent he faces this season and has never looked better.
That is according to Gabriel Agbonlahor, the former England striker speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Spurs forward’s “frightening” start to the season.
Kane did not score in Saturday’s landmark 2-0 win over Man City but delivered a magnificent all-round display as Tottenham produced evidence they can mount a genuine title challenge.
Kane gave City centre-backs Aymeric Laporte and Ruben Dias the runaround in a display that drew the admiration of many observers.
“Harry Kane’s looking better than ever,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider. “He’s been so good this season it’s frightening, to be honest.
“It’s not just the goals and the assists, which is amazing, but the all-round play. He is the ultimate team man as well as the ultimate finisher and provider.
