
January is getting closer and closer as attention turns back to domestic football and what the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United can do when the transfer window opens in less than two weeks.
Mykhaylo Mudryk remains Arsenal’s top target with talks ongoing over the Shakhtar Donetsk winger’s future, and the Gunners have been tipped to agree a fee below his £86m price tag. Arsenal have also been tipped about a deal for free agent Cristiano Ronaldo as they look to sign a new striker following Gabriel Jesus’ injury.
At Chelsea, Youri Tielemans has emerged as a potential candidate for a January transfer, while Brighton’s Moises Caicedo is looking to replace N’Golo Kante, who is wanted by Barcelona. Josko Gvardiol is another target after deals were closed for Christopher Nkunku and David Fofana. Spurs, meanwhile, want World Cup stars Weston McKennie and Sofyan Amrabat. It looks likely that Arsenal will be very busy in January.
Mikel Arteta is keeping an eye on Brazilian midfielder Danilo dos Santos.
The 21-year-old plays for Palmeiras and has attracted attention from across Europe, with the Gunners one of those clubs interested.

West Ham wants a thirty
Manchester United are ready to listen to offers for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, with West Ham leading the race, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The 25-year-old is out-of-sorts at Old Trafford under Erik ten Hag and has been told to find a new club. Wolves and Crystal Palace are also interested.
Ten Hag have made Diogo Dalot their first-choice right-back, but could enter the January market for another if Wan-Bissaka leaves. Lyon’s Malo Gusto, Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong and Inter Milan’s Denzel Dumfries are all of interest.

Tottenham have asked Manchester City for information on Pedro Porro.
A target to bolster Antonio Conte’s side at right-back, the Sporting defender is said to have an injury history which is causing concern for Spurs.

Bayern want Martinez
Bayern Munich are set to step up their interest in Aston Villa’s World Cup-winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
Martinez said before the final that he could be ready to look for pastures new beyond Villa Park, and Bayern could be forced into the transfer market after Manuel Neuer was ruled out for the season following an injury of skiing

Chelsea are unlikely to sign both Christopher Nkunku and Rafael Leao.
According to Italian outlet SportMediaset, AC Milan are now much more relaxed about the Blues’ interest in their young star after seeing the club agree a £62m deal for Nkunku/
With Milan expected to demand up to £100m for Leao, the Italian giants are now sleeping soundly… until his contract expires in 2024, that is.

IYCMI: Arsenal enter Cunha race
Matheus Cunha will be available for just £26m in January, and that’s interesting Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.
Standard sport recently revealed that Atletico Madrid had offered the striker to Chelsea.
Spanish channel Sport now add Arsenal to the list, as well as Leeds, Aston Villa and Wolves.

Chelsea lead the battle for Duran
There is a Premier League transfer battle for Chicago Fire striker Jhon Duran.
The 19-year-old has been impressing in MLS, having scored eight goals and assisted five more last season, and is now attracting interest from Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea.
This is explained by the Portuguese publication Record, which adds that Benfica is now also in the hunt.
Chelsea may have the upper hand after recently dealing with the Chicago Fire to sign goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina.
